Breakfast at Hotel Morning transfer to visit the ruins of the Amman Roman theatre, the Citadel and the Umayyad Palace- Transfer to visit Jerash; one of the best-preserved Greco-Roman cities in the Middle East. Then proceed to the village of Ajloun with its fortress and amazing view into the Jordan Valley. Transfer back to Amman Overnight in Amman

After breakfast, tour the city of Amman starting with the downtown area, the oldest part of Amman, which is crowned by the Citadel, which offers a panoramic view of the whole city. Here one can also see the ancient ruins of the Temple of Hercules that dates back to (AD 161 – 180), the Byzantine Church, and the fascinating Archaeological Museum which houses an excellent collection of the antiquities of Jordan. At the foot of the Citadel is the 2nd century AD Roman Theater, still used today for cultural events.

Transfer to Jarash, the best-preserved Roman city of the Decapolis. Entering the city through the monumental South Gate, one comes upon the lovely Oval Plaza, the Temple of Zeus, and the South Theater, which seats more than 3,000 spectators. Walking through the Colonnaded Street, one can see the Market Place, the Omayyad residential quarter, a 4th century AD cathedral, St. Theodore’s Church, the Nymphaeum, and the North Theater. Continue to the Dead Sea (the lowest point on the earth) to enjoy swimming and floating on its salty water.

Breakfast at Hotel Departure to visit the Christian Town of Madaba, ‘The City of Mosaics’. You will be visiting St. George Church with its mosaic map of the Holy Land from Byzantine times, and the Archaeological Park, which houses the remains of several Byzantine churches, including the amazing mosaics of the Church of the Virgin. The park complex includes a school for the restoration and conservation of ancient mosaics. Then take a detour to visit the Monastery in Mount Nebo. After breakfast, visit the Red Rose city of Petra, which was carved out of the solid Rock before about 2000 years ago by the Arab Nabateans. Start the tour on horse-back till the Dam area, then on foot pass by the fascinating narrow gorge (the Siq), which is about one kilometer long and eighty meters high. Once of a sudden you will be facing Petra’s most famous monument the Treasury (el-Khazneh). Free time to explore the site. Drive to Wadi Rum, one of the world’s most colorful and unique landscapes of desert and mountain scenery.

Breakfast at Hotel Transfer to Petra- visit of the pink city of Petra: The ancient city of Petra is a national treasure of Jordan and the most famous tourist site of the country. Petra is a legacy of the civilization of the Nabataeans, a builder and working Arab people who lived in southern Jordan more than 2,000 years ago. It is an incredible site distinguished by refined culture, massive architecture, and engineering for the construction of dams and water canals. Petra has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1985. The appeal and beauty of Petra come from its spectacular setting, anchored deep in the heart of a narrow rocky and desert gorge. The site is accessible on foot through a long chasm one kilometer long, called the Siq, whose walls can reach up to two hundred meters in height, and which, at its tightest place, is only two meters wide. Petra's most famous monument, the Treasury, Al-Khazneh, appears grandiose at the exit of the canyon. This monument appears in the last scenes of the movie "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade". The façade of the Treasury, composed of massive columns, is only one of the archaeological treasures among the myriad that Petra houses, and then Visit the Monastery (optional visit). After breakfast, tour through Wadi Rum colored sands by Bedouin four-wheel drive vehicles for two hours. Then drive northwards to Amman.

After breakfast, drive east of Amman towards the Desert Castles. Visit the fortress-like Qasr el-Kharaneh & the charming bathhouse complex of Qasr Amra. Then, continue to visit the marvelous castle of Azraq. Return back to Amman enjoy your free time in shopping.
