Trekking Exploration in Jordan

Day 1: Queen Alia Airport – Amman
Meet and assist at Amman Airport, transfer to hotel in Amman for overnight.
DAY 2: AMMAN – CITY TOUR – JERASH – AJLUN NATURE RESERVE – AMMAN
After breakfast, Visit the ruins of Amman’s Roman theatre, the citadel, the Umayyad Palace and the Archaeological and Folklore museums. Drive for 45 minutes north of Amman, to the ancient city of Jerash boasts as unbroken chain of human occupation dating, proceed to Ajlun Nature Reserve which is located in the Ajlun highlands, around the extension of the long valley known as Wadi Ain Zubia. It consists of Mediterranean-like hill country, dominated by open woodlands of Oak and Pistachio trees. Time for an exciting trekking through the reserve. (Scenic Viewpoint Trail / 2 KM – taking 1 – 2 hours), leading from the campsite to the summit of a nearby hill overlooking the reserve. The trails’ route surrounded by the wild flowers especially during the springtime. It’s an excellent spot for a picnic. Not too far from the campsite you will find an old stone winepress. The return trip goes through the breeding enclosures for the Roe Deer and back to the Visitors Center. back more than 6,500 years. Transfer to hotel in Amman for overnight.
DAY 3: AMMAN – MADABA – NEBO – WADI MUJIB – DANA
After breakfast, transfer to visit Madaba; Just 20 minutes south of Amman, on the Kings’ Highway, is the mosaic-filled city of Madaba to visit the Greek Church of St.George. Visit Mt. Nebo; The site where Moses overlooked the Dead Sea, and to see the church at Mt. Nebo houses sixth century mosaics which are being uncovered as you watch. Then drive to Wadi Mujib reserve which is located within the deep Wadi Mujib gorge, which enters the Dead Sea at 417 meters below sea level. The reserve extends to Kerak and Madaba Mountains to the north and south reaching 900 meters above sea level in some places. This 1,300 meter variation in elevation, combined with the Valley’s water flowed from seven tributaries, means that Wadi Mujib enjoys a magnificent biodiversity that is still being explored and documented today. Hiking in Wadi Mujib is the real experience of adventure in Jordan, Moderate Trail The Eagle Nest Trail ( Malaqi / Circuit Trail ): The trail starts from the Mujib Bridge area by the Dead Sea, then inside the reserve through the Wadi System until reaching the Mujib Gorge. After that, hiking in the Mujib River up to the Malaqi Area where visitors will enjoy swimming in the natural swimming pools then back to Mujib Bridge. It takes 5-6 hours. Continue to Dana overnight in Dana Guest House.
Day 4: Dana – Petra
After breakfast. Full day visit of Dana,Moderate Trails ( Water drops area Tour ) – up to 47 years old : 02 KM trail, taking 2.5 hours, starting from Al-Barra area to the beautiful springs and ancient ruins in Nawatef area going back to Al-Barra area. then drive to Petra Hotel and overnight.
Day 5: Petra – Petra Visit – Petra
After breakfast, Full day visit Petra, the most exciting and adventurous travel experience is this fascinating trip to Petra “the Lost City”, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, hidden away in the encircling craggy rock mountains south of the Dead Sea, back to hotel in Petra for overnight.
Day 6: Petra – Wadi Rum
After breakfast, Transfer to desert of Wadi Rum, where black and wind scalped hills stand like foreboding sentinels upon the pale sands, often described as the “ Valley of the Moon “. 2 hours deep tour in the desert. Then drive to the south of Jordan to Aqaba; a coastal city in the far south of Jordan, Aqaba is best known today as a diving and beach resort, but industrial activity remains important to the area, and the town is an exporter of phosphate and some shells, transfer to the Camp in Wadi Rum for Overnight.
Day 7: Wadi Rum – Dead Sea ( SWIM ) – Amman
After Breakfast, proceed to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth (417) meters below the sea level. The uniqueness of the Dead Sea has been known very long time ago. At the end of the day transfer to the hotel in Amman for Overnight.
Day 8: Amman – Queen Alia International Airport
After breakfast, pick up from the hotel and transfer to Amman Queen Alia International Airport for your flight departure to your home country carrying your diary of unforgettable memories.
